No—Jazz Bounce is an independent music and entertainment brand and this event is not affiliated with Jazz Fest. It does take place on a Jazz Fest weekend, so the city will be active.

What should I wear?
Dress code: Dress for a brunch-to-lounge vibe: stylish, comfortable, and ready to move around between floors.
Do I need a brunch ticket to attend?
No. There are ticket types for upstairs-only (GA) and for brunch tables / packages. Brunch tickets are mainly to reserve seating + forecast meals.
What’s the menu?
Menu is venue-provided and expected to include at least 3 items plus a no-meat option.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. This is a 21+ event. Valid ID is required at the door.
What’s the food situation?
Food is included in the brunch table packages. GA guests may still be able to purchase food on-site (first-come, first-served).
What’s the drink situation?
Brunch includes bottomless drinks with your meal (3 drink options during brunch). Once brunch is over, drinks move to cash bar.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Only if not sold out in advance. Capacity is strictly limited, so we recommend purchasing online.
Is there a sponsor activation?
Yes—this event includes sponsor integration opportunities, including cocktail/menu moments with Crown Royal.
Is re-entry allowed?
No re-entry once inside the venue.
Is photography allowed?
Yes, but please respect the vibe of the venue and performers. Professional gear requires approval.
How do I access my tickets?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket link. Tickets can be added to Apple and Google Wallet and scanned from your phone at the door.
